PME hammer unions Figure in FIG 1002, FIG 1502 and FIG 2202 are designed for sour gas service in accordance with API 16C.
Material for PME high pressure hammer union is AISI 4130 with raw material certification and Heat Treatment No.
Besides of certificate of conformity, Figure 1002 hammer unions, Figure 1502 butt welded unions, Figure 2202 BW Type unions come with Hardness Test Report, NDT Report, UT and MT for full traceability.
PME high pressure weco type unions are size in 2", 3", 4", 5" and 6" as various piping connection. Operation working pressure can serve 10000 Psi, 15000 Psi, 20000 Psi for standard service and 75 MPa and 105 MPa for H2S Sour Gas Service.
