Rubber hose maintenance and use

1. Proper use of rubber tube
It is important to determine the length of the hose you need, and you should check that the conditions of use of the hose meet the requirements of the selected hose. It should be ensured that the rubber tube you will use is the most suitable. Work pressure and suction values should be carefully determined. In particular, it should be noted that a sudden pressure change or a pressure peak exceeding the maximum allowed will significantly shorten the life of the rubber tube. Both ends of the rubber tube can not be continuously immersed in the conveyed material.
2. Install the rubber hose for use
If you install the rubber tube so that the bending radius is less than the minimum value, the rubber tube life will be greatly reduced. Therefore, before installation, we recommend that you use the information to consult, especially the rubber tube bending radius information.
3. Rubber hose maintenance
Cleaning: After use, it is recommended that you empty the hose. If necessary, it should be cleaned. Inspection: The rubber tube must be inspected after each use to ensure that it is free of structural damage. Pressure: A hydraulic test is recommended if the rubber tube is subjected to severe pressure during use or if the outer layer of the rubber tube will be in contact with the fluid for a long period of time.
