Long Radius Swivel Joints (Style 10, Style 20, Style 30, Style 50, Style 60, Style 80, Style 100)

Swivel Joint is a mental pipe adapter installed with roller bearings based on the introduced technology from FMC and our technical innovation. The swivel joints with size ranging from 1” to 4” and rated working pressure rang of 25-140MPa (3626 PSI-20 000PSI) are available. Various models of swivel joints and relevant repair kits for normal temperature, low temperature and sour gas (H2S) condition can be provided.

We can provide long radius and short radius swivel joints. The long swivel joints can minimize fluid resistance and have better performance in cession resistance than short radius ones due to their smooth bore, but the short radius swivel joints are needed where the installation space is limited or pressure is low. We have developed a new style long radius swivel joints with the increase of the wall thickness and strength of corrosion-prone section, thus corrosion-resistant capability is boosted and operation life is extended.
